My New Note for M&E

For about 4 four month i have been staying at for freeze in my house, and i was reading an academic books and seeking a vacancy on net, finally i was successfully found one and joining it yesterday 18/08/09, here in American Red Cross was my second institution working that located in Banda Aceh. to day was my second day, i have no descriptively activity today but what make me lays in here was I was posted as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer its related to my previous professional job. Iam really interest in M&E task as lack of people here in Aceh done and specially talented in this position. Mostly NGO and other private organization was on final line of their activity, and all of them want to evaluate their successfully program implementet, so then, the talented M&E person was huge needed in evaluating their end of program. and there's will be new program would be implemented in the country also need an M&E person to be posted in area were the program will be implemented.

how far i will learn in M&E and be specialized in this position...let's me proof later on..

What a Crabs M&E...

Its was a fantastic time I spend in Banda Aceh, i came there to do some interview with one of biggest Non Goverment Organization called Save the Children, i propose to M&E Position that posted in Pidie its about 200 Km from the capital of Banda Aceh. after having the interview with two guy and one women, one that guy was an Indian national born i guess and the other one was and african born with no where i know where he's from..both of them asking me a lots of question about the M&E were i only have one year experiences in that position where i use to work with an Australian Partnership Program.

having less experience is the only reason that iam not succeed in that interview, i know iam lack of experience in that position, but i believe myself could do and get more experience in future, the M&E was tough and hard skill to be specialist and expert in it, when i was in Australian Program i was reading alots about Monitoring and Evaluation Paper, i use to learn alone with little help from my tutor made in Manila.

by the end of this year alots of foreign Ngo will step out of Aceh and automatically will increase the population of unrated unemployment in Aceh, what the scariest is the suddent booming economic in under development province in Aceh could caused destruction and collapse in fence of provincial economic of the country..

Peacefully Local Party - Aceh

Salam,

I was busy with national election parade, and caampaigning some local candidate to be an legeslative member in parliment, finally they succeeded and later i would like to earn for what i have done to be part of they succeed.

the election in Aceh was succeeed in process and they national party was running very smooth, a friend of mine was part of local party in Aceh, i said it was part of and successor of Helsinky MoU, delegated by Indonesian and Aceh Sumatra National Liberation Front.

I was part of spokesman for Aceh Party (PA) in Lhokseumawe, i do assisted by some big buzzy soldier of local former rebel, they really strenght in assisting, one night i was terrorrize by some messege that said, our car will be burn and shoot if we pass the road head to some village, we dont stop we persue to that village and got nothing disturbance.

It was a politic, i feel enough in local politic and now i want to be free and set to free place in relaxing for what i have done before an election was held. my local party was become a winner and now could be as succissor for they dream as a fight and war in politic, I do doubt what they said to fight and war in politic in Aceh, why Iam not sure about that...????

fuck of the politic .. i was include inside coz i could not hide my self from public and local people asking me to be part of a team, i was hiding for politic and my parent not that agree in me to be part in politic, you know why..??? in Aceh the most expensive thing is a soul.. and the jacket or bullet proof jacket you could not get in the shop easily..!!!

there alot of terror still exist in Aceh pre or post election... i saw it man ... some of eleceted member from other side of local party was having and lost of his home coz by fire in midnight..damn man ....i dont know who's play in other people dead...shit what stupid politic an asshole...
